I don't usually ever do this and I am a firm believer of second, third and even fourth chances, but today was the push over the edge and I have to let it out! I have been a fan of Pho Thaison in Kyle since it opened, but over the last 6 months, I feel as though the quality of food has been dwindling down. The spring roll peanut sauce has not been the same since they first opened. It tastes funny and seems like it's just getting watery-er each time we order it. Also the Pad Thai dish always varies in portion size, taste and color. We never know what were gonna get. But after today's experience, it was confirmed that I am not crazy! I called in to order 3 shrimp spring rolls for lunch, because I wanted something light and quick. I grab the 1st spring roll and dipped it in the very watery peanut sauce (I was hungry) and took the first bite. I then noticed that the shrimp still had some junk in it, which I am assuming it wasn't fully deveined, so I inspected the spring roll further and al

the service is not that great but the people are nice, food is pretty good and not super greasy like chinese

decent food. dont speak alot of english. fairly inexpensive.
