As those below, I have been shorted by Solid Fuels EVERY TIME we place an order, going back about 5 years. We get 3/4 of a cord, no matter what and, even if we retain ALL the debris for fire-staring, the loads are still short close to 25%.

I will be contacting State Bureau of Weights and Measures Regional office, Joe McGonigle, 610-489-1003 as these folks are in charge of making sure the customer does not get cheated. Like fuel oil, gasoline and other fuels, cord wood is regulated by the state. If you've been cheated and I know if you buy wood for almost ANYBODY in the Lehigh Valley that you have, please make contact with the state authority and report the theft.

I ordered FIVE cords, I paid for Five cords. After stacking the pile he dumped, I have three and one-half cords.



AND...he hung up on my wife when she called to tell him.



DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
