When the boarding service here was already booked I needed to shop around for another. I was dismayed to see the negative review here which does not appear to be accurate when compared to my experience. I have been bringing my pets to Silver Maple for ten years. I have always found the staff to be cheerful, professional and compassionate, including on the phone. The kennel is clean, the accommodations for our dog were quite roomy and very affordable. These are people who love and know how to take very good care of animals.

Wow! Did some shopping around. Bottom of the barrel is where I put this place. Expensive. Person who answered the phone sounded like they'd rather be anywhere but there.

I can assure you that we do not tolerate behavior as you are describing and if we were made aware of your unhappiness we would have surely addressed it. As far as being expensive, we are a well established veterinary hospital with a boarding kennel and full service grooming salon. We have been in business for more than 20 years and have worked very hard to provide our clients, neighbors, & friends with the best care possible!

Excellent!!!

They always take the time to answer your questions when you have some. They are very courteous and personable. And the vets know what they are doing. Couldn't find no other vet like them. If I could give them more stars I would.
