Fantastic customer service. Mark is a water well professional, with many years of experience. Madewell also stocks specialty wellhead parts. I had a pressure relief valve on my wellhead go bad. I was quoted over four hundred dollars by a local plumber, to replace my pressure relief valve, and it would be a three day wait for the part to arrive "from North Carolina".... I began calling around, and found out that there was a water well service company practically around the corner! I called Madewell, to inquire about whether they had the part I needed... Lo and behold! Mark not only had the part I needed, his wife was even kind enough to prewrap the threads on my valve with teflon sealing tape! That's service, folks! Mark also answered all my questions about getting a water filtration system installed on my wellhead, and a sand screen, including cost estimates. I would definitely do business with Madewell again.
