Bill Rayls, employees, are wonderful, especially Susan Harding. I was a customer of Bill Rayl's insurance for more than 17 years. During such a long time period I didn't have a single complaint. I had the most interactions with Susan. She was always generous, highly skilled, professional, and a great listener. After talking to Susan, I was confident that she will handle the situation in a professional manner.
There were circumstances beyond the control of Bill Rayl's insurance that I had to switch to another insurance company.
