Great windows and fantastic installation! I had 28 windows installed in one day and finished the next! The heat difference in our sunroom is about 20 degrees cooler in the heat of the day!!!
Are used window world in my house in Dallas Georgia and loved him when we bought this house with 20-year-old window was my first thought was window world! They slide so much easier and there is no glare on the television when we watch now!! I had 28 windows removed and installed with Window World !
I have told five people so far how happy we are that are looking for windows! My recommendation “call Window World”

I have purchased windows, doors and a garage door. Quality products and quality installation. I highly recommend Window World, their service and team of experts. Everyone is awesome from the office to the crews.

In any business transaction it is the consumer's responsibility to do their due diligence. People will give bad reviews because they just think everything will go fine, but it sometimes doesn't. I gave 5 stars because at the bottom line, I am happy with the project.
Life is a crap shoot. You roll the dice and hope for the best. I got lucky. The salesman said it would take 10 weeks and it did. The crew came out and were friendly, but for the most part quiet. They concentrated on their job and all went well. We had 11 windows installed.
My only problem was with the salesman. He never advised me that there was an energy rebate. I only found out when the contractor told me after the job. The salesman also didn't write the order correctly and some materials weren't listed for the installers. They called him and made him come out to the job to get them there, which he did. Other issues with the salesman, but nothing for me to discredit the company.

Windows and installation good after they ordered the correct size. Do NOT let them do your siding. They use a subcontractor which i knew was going to be trouble when they first pulled up. Poor workmanship plus a lot of stress. They also collect for the job. No window world guy comes out when it's done, inspects, and collects/gets paperwork signed. So the subcontractor on a friday claims he just lacks a few hours work and wants me to sign payment for the job. Claims his guys families are doing without and window world won't pay them till i pay them. Dummy me. Late to show but always an excuse. Not the guys on the commercials. Big deal to get a copy of the warranties from them.

I thought that by hiring a "professional" it would mean quality workmanship and less stress but would cost a little more. Should have bought my own materials and hired 2 guys with a pickup truck. Poor quality work poor quality delivery poor management. Never use them again. In fact some things that weren't done I'll do myself rather than deal with them. Once you sign the contract it's how and when they want to do it. Very dissatisfied. I'm known as very easy going and not overly picky but when you spend big money you expect better.
