I came here because Lilly's Bead Box was out of an item I needed; Lilly's employees actually recommended that I check White Fox for what I needed, but I was floored when they were actually talking unfavorably about Lilly's. I usually go to Lilly's, because I live in Knoxville, and I love the staff and selection there; I just think it's really terrible that they would badmouth a fellow business. I won't be returning just based on principal.
