This was the first time I had to rent a U-Haul and drive it myself. Was previously dependent on husband to handle things like this. This situation happened at the last minute. The lady that answered the phone was at a call center and she was very nice and helpful. The guys in the store were so nice and explained everything to me in a way I could understand and had a good sense of humor. The truck was good, and I rented a dolly. I expected this to cost over $100 but it was just $50. Renting this U-Haul and paying 2 guys that wanted to work for money was way cheaper than 2 Men and a Truck who were supposed to be moving me! I would recommend this U-Haul location to anybody!!! The guys that work there are great!!!
