I was having family in town unexpectedly, and called Two Maids to help me get my house in order. They were able to schedule me with short notice, and provide two wonderful ladies for 3 hours. They worked on my priorities, and even managed to do extra in that time! They were friendly, on time, accommodating, and very hard working. I read a lot of bad reviews where people seem to have crazy expectations for services. I watched these girls work, and they are truly professionals. If you need help with your home, they're the company to call!

I contracted with Two Maids and a Mop Knoxville, to perform a thorough "move in/move out" cleaning on April 17th, 2012 for a house I just bought and was moving into. They sent me a list of all the things they would do and it sounded perfect, so I was happy to pay the amount they required (which wasn't inexpensive). Unfortuneately they had a bad day apparently. Although they worked on premises for 9 hours, they didn't manage to clean inside any of the kitchen or bathroom cabinets, missed many dirt smudgey greasy and grimey spots on floors, light switches, counters, and cabinets. The outsides of the 4 toilets looked fine, inside the bowls of 2 of them was not adequately cleaned. There was soap scum left in sinks also. None of the blinds were cleaned as promised, the ceiling fans had visible dust on them as did closet shelving. They offered to come back and clean again, but what I needed was for them to do it right the first time. They refused to refund any money. So I won't be using them further.
