I was victimized by Cat Scan staff bullying and patient profiling at Tenova Turkey Creek Medical Center. When I first arrived, a female Cat Scan employee sneered at me, & talked at me in a loud, hateful & disrespectful voice. As she did, I noticed her making eye contact with a fat male employee who leaned forward looking at me menancingly. The woman was very pompous, arrogant, hostile and condescending. When I got into the Cat Scan machine the woman made more hostile derogatory remarks. When it was over and I started to get up she again spoke to me hatefuly and demandingly. I told her that I didn't like her loud hostile tone of disrespect. The fat male I saw before apeared and attemped to to jerk me to my feet. By voice and body language he threatened me and accused me without reason & threatened to call security. I complained that his bullying manner and attempt at intimidation was not acceptable. He pushed me and moved close to me threateningly. I complained about his behavior and he replied by mocking me and accusing me of doing the same thing he was doing. It was obvious that he was trying to goad me into a fight so that he and his cronies could masquerade as victims and embarass me. I warned him that I was not going to tolerate his bullying and he mocked me again, trying to force me to back down by advancing on me. I accused the two cat scan employees of ganging up on me for no reason. I knew that whatever I said or did they would lie about it, mututally supporting each other. I again complained about my treatment & their assault on my dignity as well as the personal embarassment they caused. The sneer on the fat bully's face told me that he thought I was afraid. I was never afraid of those two thugs. I suspected they had staged such attempted humiliation before as a bullying team.When I tried to leave the fat bully blocked my exit and I had to go around him. Then he dogged me from behind and I expected a sucker punch at any time. Tennova employs psychopaths.

Not a very pleasant experience. Nurses in ER treat one as if just another number. ER Doctors cold, condescending with a terrible bedside manner. Would not recommend.

I was admitted to this Medical Center on 10/16/13, with MRSA and released on 10/19/13. The staff was wonderful. I couldn't have gotten any better care. The food was not that bad. The only complains I have is with the TV, not enough channels. GJH Knoxville

One of The worst hospitals I have been to! Very poor patient care, poor food from their "cafeteria ", volunteers working their that Can't listen! !
