Great people very clean relaxed atmosphere love everything about them

Their Employee Scott Loveday is racist. I sent the company pictures of him in black face and wrote a review on their fb. they deleted the review and ignored my messages.

I have come to love the Tough Luck Family. I will not allow any other artists touch me besides Russ. I am always getting compliments on his work. He puts all he can into his work. Best artist hands down in Knoxville ..just got tattoo #10 today!

Russ is great very friendly and he is very laid back , and he has a light hand ! He is the only one I go too !

Got #2 tattoos from Russ last week and I'm very satisfied with his work! He is an amazing artist and I'm still blown away how realistic the two tattoos look on my arms. I plan on getting many more from him in the future. Russ and the guys at Tough Luck are great, I definitely recommend you stop by.

I went and got a piercing there and well it got severly infected. I went back and they had to remove it. They told me to wait and awhile and they would redo it so that is what I done and well guess what it started getting infected again. The bar was way too short. I had to go get a second opinion after telling them the bar was too short and they told me it was fine. Well the bar was way too short. I had to get one that was about twice that size. Now my piercing is doing great thanks to another piercer at another place listening to me and my concern

I used to go to Wicked Ink for my work and then when I went back last Feb. to get a tattoo for Valentines Day but Russ wasnt there anymore and the blonde lady at the front was really rude and wouldnt help me at all. She even walked into another room while I was in the middle of talking to her! The dark headed lady there, her name is Marilyn, was on my myspace and she was nice enough to reply to my post of where Russ was. I went to this location where he is now and Jenn was there too! They were so sweet and patient with me when I explained what I wanted. They were very professional with their work as usual and even let me put in my favorite CD and sang along with me while I was getting my tattoo! I would never go anywhere else. Russ and Jenn, I AM SO GLAD you finally have a shop with just you guys! You are awesome and know how to treat your new and repeat customers!
