I Love the greenhouse on the corner of Clinton Hwy! The staff is helpful, and very nice to do business with. The only complaint I have is the varying hours and the fact I can not find a telephone number that doesn't give me a recording. Plants are a bit pricey, but these days I guess it's just par for the course! Keep up the beautiful work...(btw, my husband and I bought our first tree, Crepe Myrtle, from there when we moved into our new home 17 yrs ago...it is still thriving!)

Thress Nursery Gardens is definitely the best nursery in Knoxville! We've been having them landscape our yard for several years now, and we couldn't be happier with the way everything looks. The staff at Thress Nursery is professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. We get compliments on our landscape all the time, and the owners are very good at providing detailed, timely estimates for their scope of work. Highly recommended!

Thress Nursery Gardens has been providing written proposals since we have been in business, beginning in 1955. Occasionally, loyal repeat customers, such as your grandmother, request no written proposal. We are very sorry for the loss of your grandmother, who was a dear friend to us for many years. We are also sorry about the legal situation that was required following her death. However, we do provide written proposals unless asked to do otherwise, and we do document all labor- which we did for your grandmother as well. We just wanted to clarify for for future clients.

This company has neglected to supply written estimates to people. They also have billed customers for undocumented labor.
