I went in to laminate a project that I had been working months on, and the workers there tried to laminate my game board. They only told me that the lamination machine had been having problems that week while the machine stopped working when my game board was halfway through the lamination process. We waited for a few minutes as the workers repeatedly tried to push the board through. When the board did eventually go through the lamination machine, the game board came out as burnt, bent, and due to the poor lamination job, did not lay flat. Additionally, the edges of the lamination didn't seal. Now I have one unplayable game board and very broken spirits.

On August 21 Friday I purchased a gift certificate from a young lady named L.C. and she was very courteous, friendly and helpful - a definite asset to the School-Box company which has, I think, anything in the school supply industry for public or home schooling and artist supply that you could attain and if it has to be ordered they are very proficent with customer help such as LC.
