If you want suggestions to make your store better......give those puppies away to responsible, loving people and close your store down!!!!

Purchased a Great Dane from them for a whole lot of money and was given the paperwork to register the dog and it has been over 5 months and I have still not received the registration papers. Puppy Zone has been no help saying there was nothing they can do and the company they use to register (Champion Pet Registry) will not even answer the phone. So beware, you will more than likely overpay for a dog and never have them registered.

I found a puppy that I feel I must go back and get. Something is tugging at my heart strongly on this one. Does anyone know what happens to puppies that are not sold?

First, let me say I love my dog with all my heart, BUT he is not what I paid for. I purchased, from Puppy Zone, what I was assured to be a purebred Rottweiler, and I paid a LOT of money for said Rottweiler. In reality, the dog, my "purebred Rottweiler" is a mix! Do I then the owner, Stephen Glatz, was aware of this fact? ABSOLUTELY! I will never set foot in this disgusting store again. It is ridiculous how they are screwing people over, not to mention the conditions these precious puppies are forced to live in. If you are looking for a specific breed of dog, find a breeder who specializes in that certain breed. Don't buy from Puppy Zone, because there is no telling what you will be getting.

First off let me say we love our Rottie, with that being said we will never...NEVER...buy another dog here again. We were assured that their dogs come from reputable breeders, yeah...right. Upon taking our dog home, we took her to the vet a couple of weeks later because she just didn't seem right. The vet ran their test and informed us that the dog had a severe staff infection. When we told them where the dog came from...they actually said, "that figures". We called the owner and they said they would pay the vet bill and we thought that would be that. Fast forward 10 months. She is now a year old and riddled with problems. We have gone through the staff, bouts where she would throw up every morning for weeks on end, patches of hair falling off her, severe allergies and to beat it all, she is allergic to fleas. According to our vet, this should have been noted because either one or both of the parents had allergies, and any reputable breeder will list this with the dog, but then a reputable breeder will not breed a dog with allergies. So we now have a huge indoor Rottie because the fleas cause severe skin irritations on her. I have tried calling the owner back so I can get the history of the parents and of course it is leave messages with no return call. After this last visit our vet told us that they see more problems with dogs from Puppy Zone and they never recommend anyone buying there. Instead go to a good breeder. Our poor Rottie is now on 3 different meds. We love her and will take the best care of her we can, but this place is a scam. They obviously get dogs anywhere and sell them at inflated prices. Do your home work and buy from a breeder.

Use common sense people, just ...

Use common sense people, just where do you think na store can find dozens of puppies under 8 weeks on a regular basis? Puppy Mills, that is where. Besides, just about every animal behaviourist in the world will tell you that to separate a puop from it's mother before 8 weeks, and most recommend 12 weeks, is not just wrong but begging for behavioural issues, improper socialization skills, etc.
