I've used Terry Brown for all my plumbing needs for years and have never had one problem. He's the kind of reliable person who takes pride in his work that he has come out to our house at almost midnight because he knew we needed his help. We had an issue with our hot water system on Thanksgiving Day and he answered my call and lead me through how to fix the problem. The review from ShellSeeker is completely inaccurate. I HIGHLY recommend Terry Brown plumbing and won't use anyone else.

Terry Brown is very personable and did a good job for us except that he accidentally drilled a hole through our dining room wall and baseboard. Anyone can make a mistake and we took him at his word when he promised to repair the damage. It has been 4 months and still no repair. We have called him repeatedly and each time he assures us he is going to take care of the problem. He has promised more than once that he will call us back on a certain day with information on when the repair work will take place. The call never comes. We thought Terry Brown was a man who would do the right thing but that has not been the case. We are very disappointed.
