RUN !!!!!!! This guy works out of his house and does not live up to his word. He will not give you a written contract of how be backs up his warranty. 3 water breaks and they don't pay any part of the utility bill. First break was covered by water utility, they only cover one break per year, and the other two had a cost of $1489.00. Snapper spent the cost of two 10' PVC 1" pipes, small can of glue, and two unskilled labors. After having another local company come out, since SNAPPER would not show up or return calls, I was shown the problems and had a 100 foot of line repaired which most of the 90 degree elbows were joined in a strain, with poor glue joints, and with 100 PSI water pressure is asking for trouble. I would highly recommend searching out a company that is serious about their work. Snapper is a 1 man and 2 boy company, so RUN !!!!!
