Had a two car garage built by pro tech and have no doubt they are some of the worst carpenters I've ever seen.They slap It together and have zero pride in their work!The garage collects water when it rains and no expansion joints in the concrete driveway.The driveway has cracked in several places.Shop around and find a contractor that knows what the hell they are doing.Total waste of $22,000.00 and I hope they go out of business

Added a room on the back of our house on upstairs level. They did not build per contract, part of roof did not have felt paper under it and leaked for the first 24 months after multiple complaints finally re-roofed. No drip edge installed and water pours off the side of the roof now, boards have rotted due to the problem. Pitch on roof wasn't correct and continues to be a problem, inside leak never repaired. Subfloor was suppose to be plywood and partical board was used. Employees used home line to make long distance phone calls. After this years storm damage, new contractor is having to correct more mistakes made by Protech. Took months to finish job, contractor brought wife and sometimes kids with him to work. Should have filed a suit against them but we had a critically ill family member during the time we used them and the limitation ran out..........Stay away from this company.
