The dude who did my full set was really rude and rambled in Chinese.. Probably about me. & threw a fit when I said I wanted a pedicure. Which I ended up not getting the pedicure because it was more $$ and of his attitude. & I only received one glass of wine and wanted more..

I'm almost 60 years old and without question they gave me the worst haircut I've ever had. That's pretty bad because I have had thousands of haircuts. Went back and asked for a refund and was refused. They did offer to fix it but: 1. I was working and did not have time. 2. I don't trust them to do a good job.



The owner is supposed to call me but they've already earned their #1 (a -1 isn't a choice.) and even if he did offer a refund I'd have to drive 25-30 minutes to get it, when they should have done the right thing in the first place.

This was my first and last patronage to this nail salon. I went with two other family members for a mani/pedi, and we were literally treated like livestock. As soon as we entered the shop and picked our colors, we were herded like cattle to the back to the pedi stations - no welcome, no talking. Our three male pedicurists were obviously inconvenienced by our presence, especially since there was a UFC fight on the big screen behind them. They kept turning around to watch the fight. My MIL actually cringed in pain several times while the pedicurist worked - he saw this and did not respond or even feign apology. There was as little communication as possible during the entire experience. I'm okay with very little small talk, but I wasn't even sure my manicurist knew what service I wanted because after the pedicure, he immediately put earbuds in and fiddled with his MP3 player the entire time. I'd only recommend this place if you enjoy judgemental looks, painful pedicures, the bare minimum communication and the feeling of barely being tolerated (this was only percievable through their heavy sighs and eyerolls to each other). The manicures and pedicures looked okay, but they are NOT customer oriented. The whole experience was undignified.

Horrible!

This isn't the first time that I make an appointment and ask for Jack, When I arrive they said he wasn't there, like always. I ask why they had lied when I called and LISA with an attitude said that he had to leave bc his son was sick I was upset when I heard that bc they have said that multiple times when I've made an apt with him! I stayed since I needed my nails done and I had brought my friend with me, when I got called IVY was the technician that did my nails the work was so bad that I ripped the acrylic nails off while I was sitting at the dry-off station!! I wanted my nails done a specific shape and she did not do them as I asked the shapes didn't even match each other. I was so mad and upset but I'm not the kind of person to complain I'm just to shy so I didn't say anything then my friend and others encouraged me to say something bc I was planning on just leaving and going some where else but I went and said something and I got my nails done again by another stylist and it was done better but I'm for sure not going back!!!

I use to get my nails done at this place every other week and since I had them done for work , I didn't care much about little things that looked wrong. However, I went in to get my nails done for a wedding with a few girls and those girls sat there longer and got better results. The guy who did my nails finished them so fast. He didn't even file the acrylic good enough for it to look like a decent nail. I know that it's just $26 for French tips but I'd rather pay $30 some place else and get my acrylics done that look like nails, not tree stumps. Not to mention every time you tell them to fix something they get aggravated and still don't do their job right. This was my last time going there. Other nail places might treat me better.

Poor customer service

I have to say, I've been going there for several months and I was always impressed and happy. Recently I got a fill in (I just got a new set 2 weeks prior) three days after getting them done I was opening a PLASTIC jar of icing and my nail cracked off in half. I was upset, but tried to remember it would be okay. I called the manager and told her what happened and she said they were just nails. If I wanted them replaced I would play full price for a new set. If I was not happy with that, then I could go elsewhere. I am frustrated my nail broke, but livid with how I was treated. I do not recommend them anymore at all.

I WISH I COULD GIVE IT ZERO STARS! I HAD MY HAIR DONE AND CHEALSEA DYED HALF OF MY FOREHEAD BLACK. SHE DYED MY BACK BLACK AND RUINED THE TOP I WAS WEARING WITH DYE. WHEN SPEAKING TO THE MANAGER ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE SHE DID NOT SEEM TO CARE AT ALL AND STATED THAT THERE WAS NOTHING SHE COULD DO. I FEEL LIKE FOR 175.00 I SHOULD HAVE HAD SUBSTANTIALLY BETTER RESULTS!!!!

I have been to this salon approximately 8 times since they opened. The prices are great however I always feel like the staff is talking about the customers. It is obvious and after this last time I went with my daughter and decided it would be the last. It's worth a few extra bucks to be treated with respect! Also, if staff are not talking amongst themselves about customer then they are completely ignoring. there are a few who are constantly checking their cell phones, even stopping what they are doing to respond to text messages. Quality of work is good but does not override the negative feelings of being made fun of.

This is usually my "go-to" nail salon, b/c it is close to my home, efficient and they do a good job. However, after today I do not think I will be returning. While I was receiving a pedicure two technicians sat in a corner near- by while one appeared to be picking lice and/or nits out of the other one's hair. I looked over there several times to be sure I was not mistaking what I was seeing, this went on for almost 10 minutes. Unfortunately there was only one other customer getting a pedicure at the same time and she was deeply engrossed in her magazine and did not see what was going on. I wanted to leave but my feet were literally 50% done and I was not sure what to do. In addition to this, I do notice that the technicians often seem to be talking about (and making fun of) the customers while they are working on them. I am used to this at primarily Asian salons in terms of the language difference, but here, it gets to the point where I almost feel uncomfortable.

very modern salon, staff very polite and helpful, nails done best i have. lisa was my nail tech. i been to many salons, premier salon will be my manicurist shop from now on. love the free pinacolada and strawberry daq.

Got a gift certificate for Christmas. Made appointment today, walked in, signed in, no one manning the desk. Waited an hour and 20 minutes and still no one manning the desk finally asked only to be told sorry you did not put your appointment time on the sheet. REALLY.. BAD SERVICE.. If you make an appointment then they should be ready for you and make sure you are checked in correctly. This is the worst salon I have ever been too. As busy as they were you would think they are making enough money to pay someone to man the front desk and check in the customers. Instead you have some pompous man say sorry you not fill the form out correctly. It is a shame someone loves you enough to get you a gift certificate to a place and then you get such bad service.. My opinion is STAY AWAY BAD SERVICE..

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Absolutely do not go to get your nails done at this salon , the staff were unbelievably RUDE my nails are so sore bc the guy kept jerking my fingers cutting my skin and telling me to relax when I can't bc my fingers HURT , I also work in a salon and customer satisfaction matters so I suggest if u want to to have a bad expirence and be talked to like a child then PREMIER SALON is for u !

AVOID this nail salon. The nail techs are very careless and do not clean their tools. I got a manicure and was cut and now have a very painful infection.
