I have had several admissions to Parkwest Medical Center. Of these several stays there I have never had 1 bad experience. I worked at a different large medical center for 17 years but will still use Parkwest anytime I can.

I have to say the therapy that my father is receiving is a joke...he has been in bed 4 days and the therapist have not gotten him out of bed and when the therapist does come they stay for no more than 20 mins I timed it on my stopwatch. They have a tilt table and sit to stand machine that they are to lazy to bring in the room or even attempt. I am a therapist myself and it's appalling to me the way they get away with charging an arm in a leg for doing nothing. The only reason we have not taken him out of there is he has a good doctor who is doing an MRI tonight...thats the only reason...once we get results we are outta of this hospital where he can go and get "Real Therapy"....just plain pitiful! I'm actually having to do his therapy while he stays there.....trust me you will not get stronger by sitting in bed all day everyday and that's what my dad has been doing...

Parkwest and their Staff were great to me during my 2 admissions to the hospital. ER was very good and professional. I will use this as my hospital of record.

If you want to die this is the hospital for you! My appendix ruptured while I waited in the ER for 7 hours. Rudest staff I have ever experienced. Animal hospitals treat their patients with more respect!

I had a bout with cancer two years ago and had my surgery at Parkwest.

This was during the renovations.I received exceptional care there.But there was this one CNA who really stood out.I cannot remember her name,but she had a twin that also worked there.If she

happens to read this she'll know who she is.She walked me over to the new part of the hospital that

that inparticular floor was to move to the following Sunday and showed it to me.The surgery that I

had had was very emotionally devistating to me,although I had

known that it was gonna come to that for quite some time.She was such a caring and over protective

person as was my physician.You hold

a very special place in my heart.

Thank you and I know that God holds a very special place in his heart for both of you also.
