Do not recommend this place for anyone. Front staff is rude. And the PA is unprofessional, has a terrible bedside manner and Not helpful or knowledgeable at all! Awful urgent care. And had to wait 2 hours to see PA and there was no one else in there. But I now see why there was no one else there.

My Mother broke her foot on Christmas night and the next morning we were panicked as to where we could take her, all the MD offices seemed to be closed. We took her to ParkMed, right in front of Bearden High School, and they were fabulous! It was crowded, but they got us in, X-ray'd her foot, put her in a boot, and we were good to go. (Ortho the following week) They were efficient and fast. I would recommend them highly. Great option to STAY OUT of the ER and MUCH more reasonable!

I had an issue that developed over the weekend that could not wait until I could see my doctor on Monday, but not bad enough to require an ER visit. I came in Sunday afternoon, and within an hour Dr. Butcher (I know, I suspect he's heard all sorts of jokes about the name he was born with...it tickled MY funny bone!) had me all fixed up and gave me clear instructions on what to pass on to my doctor the next day when I followed up. He and the entire staff (appeared to be only him and one nurse on) were friendly and cared about my comfort. They took care of my urgent situation, and I didn't have to pay the high copay of an ER visit, and waste my entire afternoon in an ER waiting room, where I would be put behind more emergent cases. It's first come, first served at an urgent care center in most cases, and that's how they did it.

My mom needed some urgent care and Dr. Melissa A. Lenderman was wonderful. She was very carrying and addressed all the issues thoroughly and quickly.
