Kimberly is a flat out Rockstar! Super friendly, knows her parts, very quick with troubleshooting. She is very knowledgeable about cars! 3 separate trips to this location, and each time the store manager has asked for her assistance with something. Each time she was quick on her toes to help, while explaining the details a long the way, instead of taking over and trying to be a "show off" as her manager called her. Which seemed kind of inappropriate if you ask me as she was being nothing but helpful. It wasn't until my last trip in there last week that I found out Dan was the store manager. The way Kimberly presented herself, professionally, friendly, and knowledgeable, I thought she was the store manager. She is the definition of a Team Leader
