I absolutely LOVE Once Upon a Child! If you have children or shop for children you absolutely MUST go!
Jen is an AWESOME manager and the employees are ALWAYS polite and courteous. They are more than happy to help when assistance is needed. I also LOVE that they keep the store so organized. The prices are awesome and when they have sales (which is often) their prices are even better. Great name brand clothing that often has tags still attached. It is imperative that I budget carefully. I visit the store on a regular basis and I trade in clothes as well. They remember me when I visit and I'm not simply another face and that means so much. I am definitely not being paid or given a discount to write this review and I will be sad when my children outgrow the store. If you have never been to the store...I strongly encourage you to try it out!!! : )

We have spent thousands at this store and would have continued to do so. Not anymore. My mom returned some merchandise and the worker didn't know proper procedures for giving store credit. She gave her the receipt she originally had back and wrote on it and my mother held on to it until she went back. So we each went to the register during our return trip with over $100 in merchandise and they would not honor that $12.50 credit that they had written out for my mother who didn't know any better. I had already paid when I realized what was going on, but that will be the last money I will spend with them. They have never been very friendly or helpful there and it stays messy so it's hard to find anything, but I am usually easy going and can put up with a lot. Not now. They will rip you off at the first chance they get. Go across the street to the weepeat boutique instead. Better deals and better quality clothing than this store. Seriously don't waste your time and money, they don't deserve it. They are horrible people to deal with and have absolutely no customer service skills.

Great place to find clothes for kids. I went to one in FL where I had to check everything to make sure it had no stains or holes,here I don't!! All the clothes are next to new. Had some questions on a front back and the staff really knew there stuff. I got an extra stamp for not taking a bag! I really love is place.

you can find ANYTHING in this store!! I love it so much. I shop all the time here but only sold a handful of times. Selling was easy and as long as the item is next to new and not stained and the style is recent. I also found the staff very happy and friendly like they enjoyed what they were doing and liked helping people find what they were looking for. The toys and books priced very cheap! shop here if you don't want to pay full price on things you need.

Do not waste your time going to this store. I drove an hour and a half to this store with a ton of clothing and only made $14. That didn't even pay for the gas. They only picked out a handful of clothes and tried to say the rest was stained and faded. There wasn't an article of clothing in there that was stained or faded cause I went thru every bit of it. I also took a whole bag of stuffed animals and they said they don't take those. Their ad says they take toys and stuffed animals are considered toys. Not to mention some of the staff was rude. They wouldn't even help me carry anything in or have any carts to bring stuff in. I had to carry a 3 month old in one hand and boxes of clothes in the other. Going to this store is a waste of time and I would not recommend anyone go there.

If your looking for kids clothes at great prices this is the place. The store is clean and the sales people are helpful.
