During the first, sudden cold blast of winter, I arrived home to find water pouring from inside the garage as well as from the outside spigot! I had failed to disconnect the garden hose, thus causing the pipe to freeze and burst inside the garage wall. Only about 4 weeks previously, on a much warmer fall day, Jamie Foster stopped by to introduce himself and to tell me about his company, My Plumber. I assured Mr. Foster that I would contact him if there were any plumbing issues to arise either at my primary residence or at another home that I own. I did not realize that I would be making that call so soon after our first introduction.



During the first cold week in December, I arrived home to find that a pipe had burst around 5:00 pm. After I turned the water off, I immediately located the business card that Mr. Foster left just weeks prior and placed a call to him. He arrived at my home within one hour. He actually remembered the first time we met! Jamie explained to me where the break had occured; how he would repair the pipe; suggested inserting a 'door' so that I could turn the water off from this spigot during winter months to prevent future freezing issues; and gave me the exact cost of the repair. The repair cost was reasonable and the job was completely finished in about an hour. I found Jamie Foster with My Plumber to be prompt, courteous, professional, responsive, and priced reasonably-the ONLY plumber I will call for all future plumbing needs. I recommend My Plumber without hesitation!
