Terrible customer service. The older lady (who might own the place) acts like she doesn't care if you do business there or not. She was not at all helpful and actually quite rude. They do good work, not sure if it's worth the attitude you get when working with them.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced!!! They refuse to fix a problem with the quality of their monograms! DO NOT order from this company. Buyer BEWARE...you are stuck with their product, even when the mistake is their fault. They don't care, very disappointed!!!

Outstanding work! The girls at Monograms are so helpful. I carry all my items here, and they always turn out great. I highly recommend!

Horrible and expensive experience. Very rude customer service, poor quality, and they refused to fix a mistake they made! When I reponded to their snide attitude, I asked, " do you not care about correcting your mistake and customer service or satisfaction?" Her response was a flat "no."

Never would I recommend or return.

I love this place! They've been monogramming items for me and my family for years! Look what they did for my daughter. They are always getting new fonts and items in and all their prices include the monogram. Its definately the way to go if you're looking for a personal gift!

The employees in this store are rude and act like they don't want or need your business! I will not take anything to this business ever again! For a small business in a tough economy, one would think they would be nicer.

The people working here are rude. They are not helpful and the services are over-priced. I waited a couple days and called asking for the owner to let them know that they had a bad employee, crazy thing is the owner didn't really care and actually sounded exactly like the rude employee!

DO NOT take your items to get monogrammed at this shop if you want them done correctly. My order was done wrong and when I returned in hopes to have the items fixed, I was told the monograms could not be taken out and redone. The manager was very smug in her attitude and did not offer to fix or return my money....this was their error!!!!! Their excuse for no refund of money was that they were a small business and coudn't afford it. Well I"m pretty sure with the prices they charged they could afford to refund my money, and for that argument we are low on money too but trusted this business with my monograms. I have never been so appalled and upset and was astounded at the lack of customer service. There was NONE! I immediately took the items to Paper Paraphernalia where they told me yes the poorly done monograms could be removed and redone. They were done the next morning!!!! I will NEVER EVER use Monograms again....I always thought the motto was keep your customers happy. well this store sure doesn't care. Don't waste your time and money!!!!!!!!!!!!
