We bought a home from Mike a few years back. We knew we had to buy it as soon as we walked in it. The layout was amazing. The colors were great. The finishes were beyond anything being built in town. We have been here over 4 years now and are still very happy with out home. The neighborhood is great and we have enjoyed getting to know all of our neighbors. We have parties and we all agree that this is the best neighborhood in town. It is a great place to raise your children, but we also have a lot of retired couples who have moved in as well. It seems like this neighborhood has the full spectrum of people in it.

Mike Stevens Homes is a really great company to work with. Their homes are very high quality and beautifully made. It's obvious that these guys really love what they do and they enjoy building quality homes for their customers!

A lot of builders have bad reputations, but Mike Stevens Homes, deserves their great reputation in town. They go beyond the call of duty. All of their subcontractors and employees were very skilled and professional. Their craftsmanship is unmatched in Knoxville. They really are the best builders in town.
