125$ to start (25$ startup fee and 100$ deposit), 7.25$ fee to pay with a credit card. LCUB is not just inconvenient to use, it has clearly lost its mind. If there was any other option, including a mob run water service that dropped it off in a cistern every month, it would be better than this.

$7.25 cent fee for electronic payments... most ridiculous thing I've ever seen.

Poor Customer Service

I've never seen a utility that made it so difficult to pay your bill. They don't have online bill pay, you can pay a 3rd party for a $7 convenience fee using a credit card. Mail it or go by their office with cash only during their business hours. if ever there was an example of the need for privatization this is it!
