Provided by YP.comSo disappointing!!! Waited 2 months for nothing! Poor communication between salesman and manager, lack of professionalism from start to finish, not willing to take responsibility for numerous errors they made. They didn't even try to keep our business when we told them we were willing to start again with them. They just gave us the $239 refund and moved on. I'm sure if it were a $500+ job, they would have corrected the situation and offered us a deal. We wanted to use a small-family business for the job, but Johnson and Sons flooring was a mistake!
