My home warranty dispatched his and hers plumbing to my house to find a leak that caused my bill to go very high. They sent out a tech and he determined the problem was my water main outside, which was correct. But while he was doing his diagnosis he took a metal tool to tighten and plastic irrigation valve which started spraying water out of it within hours of leaving. There was no prior issues whatsoever with the valve so it was damaged by over tightening. I called his and hers plumbing to let them know and they offered no solution to the damages created by their employee. Also they wanted $2200 to fix the water main! I went with gwinnett area plumbers and it cost under $600 including them fixing the broken irrigation valve and water main. His and hers plumbing is a big rip off and they break things and don't hold themselves accountable. Very disappointed!

LIARS,VERY DISHONEST PEOPLE-LEFT PLUMBING LEAKING INTO OPEN ELECTRICAL WIRES TOLD ME THERE WAS NO LEAK EVEN THOUGH I SAW IT WITH MY OWN EYES,HAD TO CALL REAL PLUMBER TO COME OUT AND FIX PROBLEM-HIS AND HERS WAS LAZY AND JUST WANTED TO COLLECT THERE SERVICE CALL MONEY AND LEAVE ME IN A DANGEROUS SITUATION.OTHER PLUMBER COULD NOT BELIEVE THEY TOLD ME THERE WAS NO LEAK AND LEFT ME IN THAT SITUATION.IF YOU USE THEM YOU BETTER CHECK THE WORK YOURSELF AND DONT BELIEVE A WORD THEY SAY!

From the telephone customer service rep to the plumbing technician, service was 5-star! Response time was incredibly quick, and the tech, Tim Davis, was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. Repairs were done quickly, and we were up and running about an hour and a half after first reporting the issue to our home protection company. Thanks very much for your help, Hers & His Plumbing!
