On September 24, of this year I purchased for $24 a set of razor blades. Today is December 6th and no blades. I started a ticket on, get this, November 10 (22R6TWHZ58) to geet the blades I paid for (money was taken from my account on Sept. 24th) but TO THIS DATE, I have recieved no blades, no money back and not even a courtisy return call (always left my phone number and e-ml address) from anyone. Oh, by the way, they say they will, most likely, return the call within 24 hours. WHAT???? Any company that does not take care of problems is destined to fail. Without good customer service a company will die by shooting iteslf in the foot. Let's see how much longer it takes them to get back to me and send me the product I paid for months and months ago.

I've lost more money with them than benefits gained.

HALF OFF DEPOT....What a Rip Off!!! They sell worthless vouchers that are falsely advertised, worthless, closed companies and even time share rip-offs that are disguised as valuable vacations.



After having notified them about a company being closed they were selling a "voucher" to, they responded that their policy is not to notify the customer they ripped off but wait for them to call in complaining before any action on their part' having full knowledge that the voucher is completely worthless. The only reason I can see for this fraudulent lack of action is that they figure only a certain percentage will complain and demand a refund. After I complained and closed my account it took them around a month before they finally got around refunding my money. They never even apologized or cared that we spent over $50 in wasted fuel or time.

How silly. Just log into your half off depot account and click on "My Account" to see all of your vouchers that you have purchased. Half off Depot is great... I just bought $40 worth of food/drinks at restaurant Linderhoff for only $10. Yeah, total SCAM! lol

Horrible customer service. bought deal then asked questiion on what I did next and five days later no reply looked on account and it said voucher was redeemed and I have not even seen it. phone number listed is not to Half off and no reply from several email messages. Do not do business with them. you will just lose your money. I only gave one star because I had to put something or else I wouldn't have put any.

I am not happy with Half Off Depot, out of Knoxville TN. I purchased with my bank card, one of the featured specials. Where i got resturant cards for 25.00 my amount worth for 50.00 each. I purchased two of these cards/specials. I never recieved any email or further information to how to get my cards, use them. NO confirmation, That was months ago, STILL no word etc on what I paid for, BUT they sure took the money out of my account. I cannot get anyone to email me back, in response, give me a refund or my cards i paid for.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANY BUISNESS TO THEM< WAS LIKE A BIG SCAM!!!!!

We bought your cupon to Sequoyah Grill. What a great deal and some of the best food in Knoxville. Keep up the good work.

Ordered a coupon from them. Stated would ship within 2 days, got an e-mail stating it shipped and would be here 5-7 business days. It's been two weeks and haven't received it. No answer at phone numbers listed. Sent an e-mail to them asking about delay, got a response that it hasn't shipped yet, there was a delay. Then why send an email with shipping info and confirmation code? Can you say HOODWINKED?!
