I would avoid this company. We purchased a sun room from Four Seasons five years ago. The first time it rained, the roof leaked and water seeped in underneath the sliding door. They sent the installers back to add more caulking, but this did not address the problem. Four months after the install, the outlets/ceiling fan stopped working and the floor started separating from the house. They refused to honor the installation warranty. So, we hired a roofer and a certified electrician to check the wiring. None of the wiring was up to code. The track for the doors had been screwed into the electrical wire, and the only way to repair was to dismantle the sunroom. We also had issues with insects entering through holes the installers drilled for wiring but did not use. According to Four Season, by having these people examine the structure, we negated any warranty we had. I did file complaints against the company with the BBB. The matter was never addressed or resolved. Do not trust this company's BBB rating. Do not expect them to honor any warranty and do not expect to have a usable space after your sun room is installed.
