Great service, experienced assistants, good prices and very extensive and varied inventory. I have shopped there for over 20 years. They are the "Go TO" place for unique, and everyday, items.

Helpful Hardware People! When I walked in with a burned out florescent light in my hand, the associate asked how many I needed. I told him four, we walked to the back, got me four, and asked if I wanted him to dispose of the old one. You bet! Then he asked if there was anything else he could help me with. Nope. I’m a very satisfied customer.

I have relied on Ace Hardware (formerly Parker Brothers) since 1970, when I moved into the neighborhood. They have been a mainstay and help in a great variety of situations.

My only complaint about Parker Brothers is they are not close by (I live in Old North Knoxville). Very helpful, and knowledgeable staff. Much prefer going to Parker Bros than Lowe's or Home Depot, even though they are more "convenient." Parker Bros has a very good selection of hardware, and a lot of things I can't find at Lowe's or Home Depot.
