I curently have 2 cars from here the payments are a little high but for i have not as bad as others. Went to c&n used cars before easy auto and they wanted 2500 down for a beat up old truck with 200xxx miles on it and several leaks called zack while in their lot he had me come look at a silverado with less miles newer and drove away only 900 down great place to get a carif you have less then perfect credit

This is our third vehicle over the last 6 years. Zack and Matt are great guys to deal with. My wife bought a Grand Cherokee two and a half years ago. Zack went all out to make sure that she was going to be happy with the car. And she's a hard sale. She had some issues with the jeep in the beginning but they took real good care of us. Recently I bought a Ford Ranger for myself. Same thing. Had a recurring issue with the truck but they both made sure I was taking care of to the point they gave me a rental so I didn't miss work. I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to see either Matt or Zack.

I bought a 2001 Honda Civic. Its a piece of crap! I am a father of 2 boys and needed a dependable car. Its been shop 7 times now.i will never do business with them ever again! Now the transmission is going out. I have only owned this car for a year. They have paid for the repairs up to this point. But it should never came to that because i should have been sold a reliable car in the first place. Do yourself a favor and go to a real dealership and not ones like this who over price there cars and take advantage of people even though that person had great credit

My experience with Easy Auto was fantastic. Definantly worth Every Star. The customer service was absolutely phenominal! Robyn, Ben and Matt made sure that my experience here was exceptional! Ben and Matt made sure i drove away in the vehicle I wanted and that I drove away same day! Robyn took the time and effort to answer all my questions and make sure that I was never overwhelmed and understood all the details in full! She explained all the details and financials to my understanding! I look forward to referring anyone in need of a vehicle to Easy Auto! You will not be disappointed with the service at Easy Auto! As soon as I drove on the lot, I was greeted by Matt. There was no high pressure, no aggressive antics. He seemed genuinely concerned about what I needed. Throughout the process, he was professional and answered all my questions. If you are looking for a car, check them out. They will really work with you.

My experience was exceptionally good. All the people I met there was nice and professional, it was a pleasant experience for me to be there. I bought the right car and Zack was really helpful on this. He was very helpful in explaining me the different products and features on the vehicle and the finance information. Finally, I would recommend for people to go to this Dealership in Knoxville, TN and let Zack do you an excellent and kind job like he did for me, He went above and beyond to make sure that I was Happy and that the vehicle that I had chosen was right for me,

Applied online and then talked extensively on the phone. Gave me the run around and conned me into driving 15 miles to "complete my application" in my death trap car, only to send me right back out saying I hadn't lived in the area long enough--which was disclosed on the initial application--and there was no way we'd be approved for financing. Load of crap.

In desperate need of a vehicle but told me they couldn't do the deal because my car I had needed to be repossessed for 6mths and that I hadn't been living in tennessee long enough even though I was born and raised in tn and had lived here for 39yrs then moved to SC for 4yrs due to my job and had moved back to TN 8 mths ago and on top of that they let me drive the vehicle I wanted for 3 hrs thinking I was going to get it. A big crock of bull.

Zack is always very helpful and friendly! I have recommended friends and family go directly to him if they need help because I know that he will go the extra mile to provide excellent customer service!

Look around before you buy from these people. All they care about is your money. They tell you they want to help people build their credit, give you high interest rates and sell you cars that are junk!! I have had mine for 3 months and it keeps messing up. Now it's electrical and the people at Easy Auto don't care that I am driving a dangerous car that they sold me and can't afford to get it fixed because of how much a car payment it through them. I was told their cars are serviced and checked before they are sold. That's a joke. One week after I had the car, the catalytic converters needed replaced, there were clogged vacuum lines, it needed new spark plugs, it was empty of transmission fluid. Now this problem I am having. There is no way it was serviced or checked. So what if it catches on fire or gets rear-ended from dying in the middle of the road, as long as they get their money, right? That's all it's about. Think twice before you give them your money, for what you pay them, you could get a new car. It's worth shopping around and trying to save a little for a down payment than to get something that is going to tear up on you a week after you have it, And guess what... No warranty from them, so you're on your own!!!

Matt is the best one up there. He helped me and he is so nice. Thank you Matt for everything.

Adam & Melinda were very helpful. Looking forward to doing business with them in February when I receive my income tax refund.

Shopping for cars and we couldn't find a better way to do it. And Adam has been very patient and helpful in everyway. We appreciate him a great deal.

I called several places when looking for a vehicle. Not alot of replies back or the people was rude. Decided to go to Easy Auto. Upon arrival was greated graciously by everyone. Matt, the sales representive, was very willing to help in everyway possible. I drove several different cars, which Matt was very patient with me during this process. He was very honest, helpful, and willing to do whatever he could to help in the process. After driving several vehicles, I purchased one. I'd definetly recommend Matt and this establishment to anyone. Thank you for all your assistance.

This past summer I began my search for a new car. The whole car buying process was a bit overwhelming to me. My friend told me that she had purchased a car from Easy Auto and recommended that I give them a try and to be sure to speak with Kimo. Kimo was great! He listened to my wants and put them into prospective on paper. Even though I didn't purchase my vehicle there, I left there armed with knowledge and confidence in my continued pursuit of a car. A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of visiting their lot. It didn't out quite as I had hoped, but it wasn't from a lack of effort on behalf of the staff. I was in dire need of a car an heard a spot in the radio for Easy Auto. The salesman (Adam) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He genuinely seemed concerned about my situation and I feel You can take a roll home with you this weekend he really tried his best. I didn't get approved, but that was explained to me. I had to change jobs recently and subsequently I'm making less $ than before. I intend to go back in a few months and try again. Thanks staff at Easy Auto for all your help! Merry Christmas

I went and saw Adam, and he was so nice letting me look at like 8 cars. Unfortunately I couldn't prove my income, but they gave me tips, and I'll be back next month! The place was really clean and everyone was polite. And Adam was kinda cute! ;)

Whatever you do stay far, far far away from this place. Unless you want to pay double the price of the car plus 25% interest. The manager was very condesending when told that I had another deal at a real dealership. " Well, maybe you should just go and buy that car then" totally trying to call a bluff. Well, it wasn't a bluff and I did buy a car at a real dealership. Yes, I have bad credit but there is no reason you should get totally abused because of it. This place is a total rip off. They practice preditory lending and try to sell you questionable autos at best. You can go to a real dealership that deals with sub prime credit and not get totally abused. Yes you will have to pay higher interest rate but you won't be paying double for the car as well. Forget this place.

We had the most wonderful Sales Person, his name was Gabriel. He was very patient and gave us all the information we needed. If it weren't for Gabe I don't think we would have bought a car that day. He just made it easy we drove off the lot with a 2000 Ford Taurus and just love it.

They are a great place to go to Matt helped me so much.He wouldnt give up till I got my car.I was looking to pay $500 down and I picked a 2004 honda accord and they wanted $800 down but Matt would. stop trying till he got it to $500.They also held my down payment for 5 days that way I could get the car.I was in and out extremly fast.I was very pleased everyone was very friendly and helped with my son while i done my paper work.Thank you so much Matt I love my car there is absoultly nothing wrong with my car it is like driveing a brand new car.
