Horrible, horrible, horrible. I highly discourage anyone from even considering living at Country Oaks. Besides the fact that I could hear every step all my neighbors took, the new management has proven they are clearly more concerned about the almighty dollar than the satisfaction of their residents. Despite my numerous complaints concerning the condition of my apartment, I was informed none of these complaints had been documented thus were not sufficient reason to change apartments. It would seem to me that Country Oaks has a strategic practice of not writing resident complaints down in order to relieve themselves from liability. Not to mention the staff was rude and insulting time and again. Furthermore, multiple residents have stated that the management has concoted "questionable schemes" to illicit even more money from them.
