Called late on Thursday, they asked if i needed it tonight, said friday was fine, they were there early Friday, tech called to let me know when he was going to be there, called again to say he was running a little late, showed up, part under warranty, I got to go back to work, fixed it, called me later to tell me it was fixed, hard to think of better service

Do not use this company. My air conditioner was not working at all and Dean came out, took the top off the unit, and then said that the motor was broken and told me that he could fix it for $600 but that it really needed to be replaced, and that he could do it for $4800 the next day. 15 minutes after he left, I realized that the air conditioner was working perfectly fine, so i go outside to look at the unit and remembered that the breaker switch have to be reset from time to time. It was then that i realized that all he probably did was flip the breaker switch and was going to charge me to replace it even though it was working. I called Chaffee at 7 am the next morning to cancel having the unit replaced. At 8 am, they show up anyway, and I send them away. Dean then charges me $150.00, double the quoted amount of $75.00. He was ripping me off and then gets angry because he got caught. I would never do business or recommend that anyone do business with this company.

This is a terrible company. I called them when my a/c went out and chaffee sent out a repairman. I paid the repair man and later that day the a/c went out again. When I called chaffee again, I was told I would be charged for another visit! The owner, Rex got very nasty with me. I am a single mom and could not afford to pay them again. A few weeks later I called another company that did the repair correctly! I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Shame on you, Chaffee, for taking advantage of people!

i was very pleased with the exceptional service that i was given by rex chaffee and his associates. they arrived at my residence at the scheduled time and worked very dilligently and proffessionally to complete my installation of new system. the installers were very polite and courteous and were very thorough about cleaning up the job site. i reccomend them to everyone i know. thanks guys!
