I had a 14 year old system using Freon that was not cooling as it once did. I called Cantrell's Heat and Air looking for some guidance. I received prompt service. The technician revived my system and did some further checking of it at my request. The Freon R22 was leaking from the cooling coil. I asked what my options were since it was an R22 system. A new cooling coil or repair of the old coil was not an option and the cost to try and repair this system was not recommended. After exploring the options I elected to go for it all and replace the entire heating and cooling system. Five days later a great crew arrived with my new system and in 3 hours had the new system up and running. This crew was amazing in all respects. Not only did they have the knowledge of what had to be done, but completed the task in a neat and professional manner. You would have never known anyone had taken on this task and there was no mess was left behind. I would highly recommend Cantrell's Heat & Air for heating and a/c repairs to anyone.

Cantrell's has been excellent this past 20 years. We have liked their service since the beginning. Highly recommend.

The repairman that came to my home was courteous and did what was necessary (as far as we know). They charged reasonable. So far the system is working. We trust the Cantrell name and are content of that.

The technician was fast and efficient. Pleasant to be around. He came to do a job and he did what he was suppose to do. He wasted no time getting the

necessary tools to be needed. He know exactly what he was doing.

Cantrell's always gives good service. Very happy with their customer service and staff is friendly. VERY GOOD!!

Called on Friday for next Monday service and I was grateful for them to squeeze me in. He grabbed a new part from his truck for my AC unit and fixed the small problem even though we didn't ask/expect him to as we ordered the service call for inspection only. He could have not done anything and waited for us to call him back for another service call. I'd recommend their service
