The instructors are great and work well with the students. BUT, DON'T ENROLL YOUR CHILDREN, IF YOU VALUE THEIR HAPPINESS. I made a valid complaint about them having their MANDATORY dress rehearsal on a Friday afternoon at 4.30, because there was no physical way for me to get four daughters from different schools, fully dressed with hair and makeup and fed by that time. Plus, they are kept backstage for four and half hours and after a full day of school, that is just plain ridiculous and cruel. They have now kicked my daughters out of the studio, because of this valid point. This is fine by me, but one week before their winter show, they are not allowed to perform. We paid over $320 for their costumes and no refund. They just cashed Decembers tuition and costume deposit for NEXT May and no refund. We have spent thousands and thousands of dollars with them over the years, but customers are apparently not allowed to voice negative opinions. The staff are beyond great, but the owner is the grinch who stole Christmas from four children. Apparently my writing this truthful view is slander. It would only be slander if it wasn't true.
