Backflow Doctor is a family owned company. I was a City of Knoxville Firefighter for 32 years and after retiring I started this business. My mainfocus is providing great customer satisfaction in meeting your needs. As the owner I have the responsibility to my customers to be competent, Truthful and honest. This honesty has led to my loyal customer base. Your satisfaction is the most important aspect of my business. I strive to provide courteous, efficient, thorough and ethical service at all times. What I Do: 1. The backflow test or repair is scheduled and completed. 2. When the backflow assembly passes the test, I complete a backflow assembly test and repair report. 3. I take care of notifying your water district by e-mail or faxing them the backflow assembly report. 4. If your backflow assembly fails the initial test I will notify you and the backflow must be repaired. 5. An invoice will be mailed to you.
