Hey people of halls crossroads and all over the world take it from a guy whos tried every mechanic in halls these guys are the best and for what i had done the cheapest i had a blown power steering line no one could fix people would try but they failed and it would bust but these guys did my trucks been fixed for a week now and counting id recommend them to anyone very responsable with your vehicle and going above and beyond to help me calling me before work was done (which is a rare thing in halls) usually mechanics do what they please and charge and arm and leg but not these guys they understand how hard money is earned with this great review id like to think the owner bob and for all his encouragement and nice words may God bless you and also marty and archie thank you guys so much marty was the whole reason i went back i pulled in there one day trying to make it home from work when my power steering fluid ran out marty went above and beyond and helped me when me and my grandfather had no money on us thanks again to bob the owner for letting that happen God bless you all and i pray for more buisness

My parents are in from NY and was having car trouble so I recommended B & M because they’ve fixed my car in the past. I find them to be honest and have reasonable prices. I say honest because I had a brake problem that another mechanic quoted me at $600 but at the time I couldn’t afford so I brought my car to B&M for just an oil change. When I drove off I noticed the brakes felt like they were working properly again so I looked at the invoice from B&M and noticed they replaced a simple brake hose at no charge! The staff is very kind and welcoming and the owner Bob was there to greet us. They fixed my parents car and had them back on the road in no time. This place is a hidden gem. We will definitely be loyal customers for life now:)

Bob the owner and his service manager Archie are easy to deal with. I will definitely be bringing my Dodge 2500 diesel to them from now on. Would recommend to anybody without hesitation

This place does not do their home work!!
I'm from Ohio and my vehicle broke down on 75 in Knoxville. It blew a Timing Chain. They said they would have to replace it for $2400. I did not have that type of money on me so I ended up hauling it home. When back home I took it to my mechanic which I trust and they looked over the engine and found that when the chain let loose it bent the valves. This place never even did their home work and was going to try to get $2400 out of me and didn't even check to see if the engine was blown. So beware of them when taking your vehicle to them. Money hungry

They rebuilt the engine in my girlfriends car. It's a 2001 Celica, and the rod bearings gave out and killed the crank shaft. Instead of buying a new crank they found someone who would turn it. They did good work, and I didn't have to take out a loan to get it fixed. They were very kind through the whole process. If need be I would certainly use them again.

I'm familiar with the trailer review, bc I paid for it, and I'm the one that set it up. I wouldn't give them five stars, because communication wasn't what I would like and the price was about double what I was expecting, but I also accept partial responsibility because I have been more clear about my expectations. Therefore, I would give them a 3 stars, because, they did fix the problem properly the first time. I wouldn't say they were dishonest or shady, I would just say their communication is poor, but their work quality is good. In other words, not the best on customer service but solid on work quality, and if I had to choose between the 2, I'd rather deal with a jerk that fixed it correctly than a sales person any day.

Terrible business, we took a trailer to have diagnostics run on it and get an estimate, then instead of doing what we contacted they took it upon themselves to fix it without giving an estimate or quote and then significantly over charged for a minor repair. Bottom line is that B&m automotive is a shady business

Would not recommend them for service. Had a wheel bearing problem in my front driver tire. Had them replace it. Within 3 weeks took vehicle back to them with it making same noise. They rotated my tires and told me that it was my tires making the noise because noise went with tires. Also told me until I got new tires that it wouldn't quit making noise. I took there word. Within 2 weeks car started making even louder noise so I took it to the Dealership. They advised me that my wheelbearing looked like it had never been changed that one of the bearings was completely out and it had destroyed the bearings as well as the hub. This repair cost me $583 in addition to the $339. I had previously paid B&M. Talked to owner about warranty on repairs and labor and he simply told me that I should have brought vehicle back to him. He could not warranty the dealerships work which I wasn't asking for anyway. I felt my money should be refunded due to the problem not being solved. I took my vehicle to B&M with good faith they would repair and stand behind their warranty. Was I sadly mistaken. Yes B&M was cheaper on their service but in the long run had I took it to the dealership I would have been alot better off. Dealership told me my wheel was wobbling. My children as well as myself could have been killed in my vehicle due to the dishonesty of B&M. I would not recommend them to anyone!!!

B&M Automotive changed the oil on our Volvo SW, Good job done.
