The owner of this place got me on the road to Home brewing and distilling! While technically illegal FEDERALLY, TN ( listen to Rocky Top) allows 10 gallons a year (in your possession at any time) and you can give it as "a GIFT".



The Fermentation stations is a great store for the wine maker, but when it comes to distilled spirits ( for fuel of course, LOL) and Bear making and TOTAL KNOWLEDGE in this area, Allen CANNOT BE BEAT.



Now in business, S**T happens, and I am sure he makes good on anything that does not work. To Dis a guy out because you like the other guy???? Childish and you should probably NOT be consuming anything that alters your SMALL mind! Let alone something as complicated as fine beer making which is highly technical and mostly ART, meaning you need to be somewhat creative, so GET CREATIVE and use the skills others have and ARE WILLING to share with you!

If anyone on earth knows how to make beer it is Mr Allen. You can buy products to make you own wine, beer, liquor or soda pop. He has the products and knowledge to help you through any problem whether its how to make a German dark beer or help you with the hydrolysis issues related to wine making He understands about different yeasts and fermentation rates. I bought ingredients and a receipe book to make my own Kahlua. He offers professional home brew bottling supplies for spirits. Give him a try. He ships world wide.
