Agave is excellent! The food is wonderful and the staff is great! Me and my wife absolutely love going there. Prices are excellent!

the waiter wouldn't listen to what we were ordering. felt rushed. enchilada sauce tasted like a whole jar of paprika was thrown in there. won't be going there again that's for sure!

We ordered the children's quesadilla for our 18-month old. As soon as she picked it up, scalding hot molten cheese ran out of the side and landed on the top of her foot and knee. The cheese left a 2nd degree burn on the top of her foot. It is grossly irresponsible of the restaurant to serve children's meals (or any meals for that matter) so hot. The server saw it happen. He handed us a few napkins to wipe it off and walked off. Four days later, she still has an large open wound on the top of her foot. We repeatedly called to talk the manager a few days later to let him know how bad it was. Never received a call back, so we went in. All he did was deny it happened there, because "his server didn't tell him about it" and "we would never serve food that hot." My husband even told him we didn't want anything, just an apology and to let him know so it wouldn't happen again. We got nothing, just a denial and implication that we were lying about it happening there. It makes me wonder if they care so little about what the customer sees, what are doing to the food behind closed doors. Does not cater to kids! Horrible Customer Service and Dine at your own risk.

Went there last night for the first (and only) time with a friend for a few drinks and dinner. It was about bout 5:30 in the evening on a Friday, and it was not very busy. We ordered margaritas and I'm pretty sure there was no tequila in my drink. We ran out of chips and salsa before the waiter, who could not be bothered, took our order. We had to ask three times for another margarita, then ask again for more chips and salsa. The entire staff was watching Sponge Bob on television. We had to ask three more times for our third and last margarita, which again, tasted like a fruit drink. The salsa was good, but when you beg for it and beg for refills, not much is really that good.
