From reading the other reviews I am starting to see a pattern. I too was given this company from my Home Warranty and have had terrible service. We put in a request to fix our heat in our home yesterday as we have no heat at all. We were told we would get a response in 24 hours. I called them today (about 22 hours later) as I was getting worried it was close to the weekend and I did not want to get forgotten over the weekend with cold weather and a young baby in the house. They responded to me that they had no appointments till Monday. When I shockingly replied that I cannot wait till Monday as the house is at 49 degrees and I have a newborn in the house they stated they are totally booked up. I asked why they did not call to tell me they were booked up because I was going to need to find someone else - they stated they had 24 hours to respond. Unbelievable - so they left me hanging trying to find someone before they weekend.

Obviously don't like their Home Warranty customers!!

I called and made an appointment to get an estimate for a new system. First, they wouldn't give me a time, just a date.
Well, after waiting until after noon, I called and they said they didn't have a record of my appointment. They finally found me when I said to forget about it and the guy showed up within the hour.. We talked for quite some time and after looking over my current HVAC system, he said he would give me 2 or 3 options and would let me know in 2 days.
Well, it's been more than two weeks and we are still without air. I even called after the first week went by and was told he would be contacting me shortly. Terrible company, do not waste your time!

Deserves 0 stars. WORST COMPANY EVER! 2-10 Home Warranty assigned this pathetic excuse of a business to fix a leaking water heater. The 1st time I stayed home because AH&C doesn't assign appointment times, AH&C cancelled because a plumber had chiggers. The 2nd time I stayed home because AH&C doesn't assign appointment times, the plumber spent 15 minutes here, collected $100 and said he would return in 2 days at an unspecified time with a new part. The 3rd time I stayed home because AH&C doesn't assign appointment times, AH&C never arrived or called to say the new part was not covered by 2-10. At the very end of the business day 2-10 called to give me the news. 2-10 said AH&C was keeping the $100. AH&C said 2-10 was keeping the $100. Each one said I had to take it up with the other company to get a portion of the $100 back since a service call is $69 and does not apply to a repair, unlike other plumbing companies.

I could write a book on why not to use this company. Each time they come the problem seems to get worse. The upstairs unit used to cool, just not great. Now after 3 technicians coming out it doesn't cool at all. I would avoid this company and find someone who knows what they are doing!

Great experience on an air conditioning service call!! The technician was prompt and very courteous. He knew his stuff! He repaired a freon leak on my 20 year old Goodman air conditioning system. It worked great all summer. I will be using these guys to replace my heating and a/c system soon.

Excellent!! Advanced repaired my heat with no problem. Called in on a Tuesday night. It was a chilly night and they came out right away, no questions asked. The service man was very polite. He had to add freon to my heat pump and replace a part in my indoor heater section. He had the parts he needed on his van. I felt very comfortable with this company and will definitely call them again if I have any heating or a/c needs. I'm rating them with 5 stars and would recommend.

Best service ever!! Advanced Heating and Air is first class! They found a crack in my old furnace which was very dangerous during a fall preventative maintenance check. They gave me all my options and did not pressure me on any sales. They just educated me on my options. I ended up buying a Carrier system from them. The guys that installed my new hvac system were fabulous. They showed me everything they were doing, rolled out some plastic, and wore their shoe covers the whole time they were there. I will refer this company to anyone I know here in Knoxville, Tn.

Great Service!!! I highly recommend this company to anyone. Great guys to deal with. Respected my home and the technician was very informative and explained all of the repairs he was doing to my a/c system. They replaced a compressor on my 12 year old Rheem system and it cools great.

Great experience!! We had our heat pump replaced by Advanced. We purchased a higher efficiency Carrier heat pump. The install crew was very courteous and cleaned up their work area nicely. I also had my duct system cleaned the same day and it has really seemed to make a difference. I will definetly recommend Advanced Heating and Air to my family and neighbors.

First Class Service!!! Found through Angie's list, had really good reviews. Replaced a bad compressor in my A/C. They didn't try to up-sell or give me a high pressure sells pitch. They just fixed my problem and were very professional. I will use again on any of my A/C problems.

WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!! Researched several companies through BBB and Angie's list, etc. Advanced definitely lived up to their good reviews. Very professional from beginning to end. Treated me and my home with respect. Neat, wore shoe covers ( my wife loved that) and price was very reasonable which was the replacement of an outdoor fan motor that was bad. We signed up for their yearly maintenance program. Very pleased with our entire experience!!

I also have a contract with First American Home Warranty. These jokers have been to my house 5 times in 6 weeks claiming nothing is wrong with my unit when it will not blow cool air. Their story they tell me and First American Home Warranty grows with each visit. First I might have a small undersize problem by the end of the 5th visit the it had grown to 1.5 under ton which after researching online is impossible. I would never use these jokers. They also reported all this incorrect information and now First American is refusing to honor the contract. Go elsewhere.

Terrible company,they work for FIRST AMERICAN HOME BUYERS CO. HOME WARRANTY,they like to dodge calls,which means the warranty company sends them out to a call,and the contractors get 130.00 a call,well advanced seen that they would be out 3 times that and they dodged it and said they didnt know what was wrong,famous excuse for getting the claim reassigned to another company,so they dont take the loss!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

Advanced Heating and Air was reffered to me by my neighbor. This company was a breath of fresh air to deal with from what i have experienced in the past from other air conditioning companies. From my initial call to the office, to the thoroughness of their technician on explaining to me my problem and repairing right away. I can see why they came recommended.
