- I do marriage counseling, family therapy, child, adolescent, and adult individual psychotherapy for a variety of problems: anxiety, depression, stress, couple conflicts, divorce adjustment. post-traumatic stress disorder, eating disorders, sexual dysfunction, phobias. I have been in professional psychological practice for over 30 years, been married with two children, and shared in raising 3 step-children, so know about blended family issues. I utilize a variety of different treatment approahes depending on thed problem presented, ranging from cognitive-behavioral, insight and mindfulness, family systems to supportive reality therapy. I use specific techniques as need: EMDR, hypnosis, stress management, dream interpretation, Gestalt, guided imagery, art therapy, or play therapy with young children.
