Made an appoint to get my hair done. Waited 3 weeks. Said were busy with prom nights. Went in on my appointment date and the girl who was to do my hair wasnt there. No one called me to let me know she wouldnt be able to see me. I wasted my time going there. Thankfully another salon downtown was opened and took me in and did my hair. Done an awesome job. The least this place could have done was call me to let me know not to come in and not waste my time. Would never make an appointment there again. But sure will with the one I went to downtown Knoxville Ia next to the meat market. Friendly nice lady and kepted her place open for me when I told her what happened at the other place. Even though she closed early on Sat.
