Last time I went there they were at the Broadmore St location. while I was there the environment seemed to be somewhat unwelcoming. But on my most recent visit they had moved to 535 Market St and the employee that used to be at the front desk that seemed unwelcoming was gone at they had the flybar for my MCX that I needed in stock and the visit was very nice.

Owner sold a helicopter to my 11 year old son. The heli never worked. The owner promised parts, parts never came. Gave the owner slack cuz I knew him. Finally asked for a refund all I got was arguments that included racial insults, bigotry, and finally a point where he called my son gay. He holds any religion but his own in distain (see his religious link are you a good person). If your Mormon, Muslim Catholic Jewish or the wrong denomination of Christianity the owners of redrocket hobby shop will gladly take your money and say your going to hell behind your back. Also be carefull of what questions you ask, the staff keeps tally of what they think are dumb questions and call customers morons behind thier back.

These guys are very rude. They took 2 years to issue a refund to my son and they called him names in the process.
