VISITED DR KATHRYN NICHOLSON'S OFFICE FOR THE FIRST TIME. GIRLS UP FRONT WELCOMED ME WITH A SMILE , AND WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT my INSURANCE! I WAS TAKEN BACK BY A ASSISTANT I CANT REMEMBER HER NAME I BELIEVE SHE SAID LISEL. DR K. CAME IN AND TALKED TO ME ABOUT THE PROCEDURE SHE WAS ABOUT TO PREFORM ON ME ! IT WAS AN ALL AROUND GREAT EXPERIENCE. IF YOU HAVE THE CHANCE TO CHANGE PROVIDERS THIS OFFICE HAS MY VOTE!!

My experience with Dr. Nicholson was excellent - her staff made me feel comfortable and welcome, and seemed committed to making my experience pleasant and efficient. Seems like she has got the right team together after some bad apples.

Dr. Nicholson is a fantastic dentist, however getting back to see here is not worth the headache. Her front desk staff just needs some trainning & know-how on how to book appointments & let the patients know about them

I took my 3yr old son to see Dr. Nicholson for the 1st time today and he had a wonderful experience. Dr. Nicholson and the hygienist both did an excellent job with him. I highly recommend her office for children and adults!
