They tore my daughters mouth to pieces removing her teeth for dentures and have not done a thing to help her get them fixed. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They get your money and then don't follow through. Very unprofessional.

The office is clean, the staff was essentially polite; however, they are hideously expensive and do not accept payment arrangements for those who lack dental insurance and who cannot pay immediately for all services. They are competent, but made comments and have prices which reflect the fact that they have no clue what the poor in this country face. I would only recommend this office to those who have an abundance of financial wealth.

Used this office , they reviewed my insurance and told us we would not owe anything or very little after our insurance paid for that plan year. Had work performed and hit with approximately $400 bill. They scheduled treatment in the same plan year that exceeded our limit for the year. This after being assured we would not owe anything. I would not recommend this office to anyone. I hope they go bankrupt ! ! ! ! !

Our family has always had the best of care from this office.

Had to wait five days for emergency care and then was told hours before they were going to see me that they would not because I didn't have 150.00 this is not emergency Care

VERY fast to get an appointment, VERY friendly staff, Dentist is fast, kind! I've been to MANY dentists in this town for fillings, etc...Avalon dental is by far the best i've been to! I have absolutley nothing negative to say about that place :)

The Dr. is average but the girls at the front office are very rude, pushy and unprofessional. I know I have dental anxiety and there was little to NO compassion to that. Not a good way to start a good and solid practice.I have since found a WONDERFUL practice that we have referred 8 friends to.
