My husband hasn't smiled for 20 years until last month when Dr. Drouin remade his front teeth. Now he trimmed his mustache and everybody talks about how he's smiling again.

My 9 year-old has always been afraid of the dentist until she came to Dr. Drouin. We've got a dentist now!

I had a toothache yesterday that I knew was getting worse. I haven’t been to the dentist in almost 10 years. But I had to do something. My friend at work says nice things about Dr. Drouin, so I called her office and they told me they could see me in the afternoon. Dr. Drouin was really nice. Once I was feeling better she even joked around with me. Thanks sooo much!

This office seems to care more about money than patients. I received a filling here that was questionable and when I tried to return after some time because it was not working out (Pain etc) I was told I was not welcome. The reason was that I had moved after my last appointment and never received a bill despite putting in a change of address. This led to my account being sent to collections who got my correct address and contacted me. The bill was then payed. I received no calls or follow up from the office asking for payment before they sent it to collections. Now I have to find a new dentist to finish her work. There was no consideration given to me based on circumstance. If you want a dentist office that will treat you like a number make an appointment.
