Please understand that sometimes we can answer your questions easily, like, "Start flossing your child's teeth before they are two years old for good dental hygiene and so that they can learn early to be comfortable with good flossing habits."  But sometimes the best answer to your question is going to be, "You really should have a dentist take a look at that."
