We traveled here from northern virginia for our son's baseball tournament. We love to camp so we took advantage of camping nearby. We travel with our beautiful Yorkie and for the past few days she was unable to hold down any food she ate. This was alarming to us so we decided to locate a veterinary clinic. We called around and came across Altmeyer clinic. The receptionist at this vet clinic was so friendly we decided to book an appointment with them. We literally did not know what to expect but the staff was so kind, especially Dr. Rodkey. This wonderful doctor was caring and patient. Come to find out our dog was very sick with pancreatic issues requiring an overnight stay. After admitting our dog for the overnight stay we recieved a phone call from Dr. Rodkey with an update on how she was doing. I am happy to announce that our baby dog is recovering well and we attribute this to Alrmeyer vet clinic. We highly recommend this clinic, my husband even commented that we may make the 5 hour trip back since our our dog recieved such great care.

Our previous vet was severely lacking and our pets were beginning to suffer. We heard that Dr. Rodkey and Dr. Morgan were first rate vets. We brought our "baby" in to see Dr. Rodkey. She did a preliminary exam and recognized some issues we hadn't yet told her. She addressed our concerns and her compassion for our "baby"was certainly genuine. We are definite going to bring all of our pets here to see Dr. Rodkey.

Doctors Rodkey and Morgan are Incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and thorough. Our pets are very important to us, so glad we have vets we can trust.

Dr. Morgan is wonderful definitely see him not crazy at all about Dr. Rodkey new female doctor. I find her to not have the best bedside manner’s if you were not a colleague or do not take orders from her she either talks over you or starts conversations with other people while you were trying to hold a conversation or ask detailed questions about your pet definitely see Dr. Morgan
