My bad experience was with the decorator lady. I had made an appointment at 12pm to discuss some details about my wedding and wanted to look at her work. She arrived 2hrs late cause she forgot about the appointment. She hardly had anything to really show me but a couple of pictures. But this place was only location that would do what i would like for a good price. When it came to the day I was told it would be ready to be picked up, I was told 10 Am.. the people couldn't get hold of her on her cell or house phone. We didn't get the flowers til 3 or 4 hrs later. The flowers were nice for the wedding but what got me disappointed is I asked for silk flowers and thats what we paid for, we didn't get silk flowers. That was my experience with the decor lady and I will never do business with her again
